We're partnering with a development management and project management consultancy for luxury hospitality and residential properties in the UK and internationally. They're looking for a newly qualified management accountant to join their growing team in London.
Duties:
- The timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts for the Company and related client entities, including preparation of:
- Profit & Loss with analytical review
- Balance Sheet with full supporting schedules
- Cash flow Statement
- Funding request
- Ad hoc reports
- Partnering with project and operations teams to ensure effective and efficient financial management of the business, building insightful financial reporting
- Monitoring overall cash position on a regular basis to ensure business needs are met
- Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections / forecasts.
- Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls.
- Management of the outsourced finance function
- Acting as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required.
- Undertaking research on VAT / tax related issues as needed.
