What the Role Involves
- Developing and growing client relationships, including identifying new business opportunities
- Overseeing delivery of complex, high-value advisory projects
- Taking ownership of service quality across client engagements
- Building a wider network, both internally and externally, to support the team's growth
- Supervising, coaching and developing more junior members of the team
- Playing a hands-on role in the team's day-to-day and strategic management

- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA), Tax Inspector training, or a legal qualification
- A degree
- Solid experience as a corporate tax practitioner, ideally client-facing
- Sound understanding of UK and cross-border tax legislation
