An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Digital Performance Marketer to join a growing international organisation on a contract basis until the end of the year.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can quickly take ownership of SEO and paid search activity, helping to optimise digital performance across multiple international markets.
You'll work alongside a collaborative marketing team to improve campaign performance, increase inbound leads, and support ambitious growth objectives.
This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, has strong analytical skills, and is passionate about driving measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit, refine and execute SEO and paid search strategies across multiple international markets.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns to maximise return on investment.
- Oversee external PPC agencies, ensuring campaign performance meets agreed objectives and best practice standards.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimisation and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor key marketing KPIs and produce insightful reporting to support business decisions.
- Develop and document SEO and paid search best practices for wider marketing teams.
- Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams, helping optimise local campaigns and websites.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to improve digital marketing capability across the business.
- Optimise website content and structure to improve visibility within AI-powered search experiences and large language models (LLMs).
- Maximise the effectiveness of marketing technology platforms, including SEO and website optimisation tools.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across marketing to support business growth through digital performance.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have
- 5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword research, content strategy and link building.
- Experience optimising content for AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO).
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
- Previous experience managing external PPC agencies or digital marketing partners.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and website optimisation platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to advise and support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Additional European language skills (German, Dutch or French)
Desirable Skills
- Experience using Profound or similar AI search optimisation platforms.
- Experience with heat mapping and conversion optimisation tools such as Crazy Egg.
