With ambitious plans to scale, strengthen operational performance and enhance reporting capabilities, the business is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving performance across the organisation.

The Role
The FP&A Analyst will support the CFO and wider leadership team by providing high-quality reporting, analysis and commercial insight to support business growth and performance.
Key responsibilities will include
- Producing weekly and monthly management information and performance reporting.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to improve business visibility.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles.
- Delivering detailed variance analysis with meaningful commentary and recommendations.
- Analysing financial and operational data to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.
- Supporting scenario planning and financial modelling exercises.
- Working closely with operational stakeholders to improve reporting and performance management.

You will be a highly analytical finance professional with strong communication skills and the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insight.
Requirements include
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified or close to qualification status
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience developing dashboards and management reporting tools.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
