We are recruiting for a highly specialised B2B company service and equipment provider in South Blackpool who are looking for a Service Administrator. This is a fast-growing company who prides itself on the speedy, efficient service they deliver.
Responsibilities/Daily Duties:
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers.
- Scheduling service visits, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Coordinating engineers' diaries, routes, and appointments - If applicable.
- Raising and processing service orders and work requests.
- Preparing quotations for repairs, maintenance contracts, and replacement equipment.
- Creating invoices and processing payments.
- Maintaining customer records, service histories, and equipment databases.
- Ordering spare parts and tracking inventory.
- Liaising with suppliers regarding parts availability and deliveries.
- Monitoring maintenance contract renewals and contacting customers before expiry.
- Logging equipment faults and ensuring jobs are assigned promptly.
- Following up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction.
- Preparing service reports and administrative documentation.
- Maintaining compliance records, service certificates, and other required documentation.
- Managing filing systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Supporting warranty claims and manufacturer documentation.
- Coordinating equipment installations and de-installations with engineers and customers.
