Finance Analyst to join a well-established business and become a key part of its finance function.
Working closely with the Director of Finance, you'll be responsible for delivering regular financial reporting and analysis, helping senior management understand business performance and make informed decisions.
The role would suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, spotting trends and turning financial data into clear, useful information.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial and management reports.
- Analyse financial results, trends and variances against budget.
- Prepare reporting packs and present key findings to senior stakeholders.
- Provide analysis on manufacturing costs, margins and profitability.
- Maintain and develop Excel-based reporting models.
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc financial analysis.
About You
- Previous experience within Manufacturing, Engineering or Automotive is essential.
- Experience in a Finance Analyst, Management Accountant or similar role.
- Confident producing and interpreting financial reports.
- Part-qualified, newly qualified or qualified by experience candidates considered.
