Based in Mid-Wales, we offer tailored timber frame packages to self-builders, managing the entire process from construction in our workshop to delivery and erection nationwide.
This is a full-time role for a Timber Frame Project Coordinator based in Presteigne. The Project Coordinator will oversee daily project management activities, coordinate with clients and construction teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing & install process. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, scheduling deliveries, and addressing any project issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including managing timelines and budgets
- Experience in timber frame construction and building industry knowledge
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with clients and teams
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
