People Business Partner
to join our People Team at Broadacres. This is more than a traditional HR role. We're looking for someone who can work alongside managers to improve performance, build management capability and help teams achieve their goals. You'll also thrive on the challenge of managing your fair share of complex ER cases, providing practical and business focused solutions. You'll act as a trusted partner, providing practical support, challenge and coaching to managers on everything from performance management and employee relations to workforce planning, change and team development. Using data, insight and a strong understanding of people practices, you'll help managers make informed decisions that improve outcomes for colleagues, customers and the organisation. Success in this role is about impact. You'll help managers: Build high-performing teams and address performance challenges confidently. Develop the skills and capability needed to lead their people effectively. Make better, data-informed decisions about their workforce. Navigate change and organisational challenges successfully. Create positive, inclusive and productive working environments. At its heart, this role is about helping managers get the best from their people.
