Join Our People Team. We are looking for a detail-driven, proactive HR Assistant who has a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be at the heart of our People Team, supporting our Head of People and HR Business Partners. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and prospective candidates, ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting HR Business Partners across the full colleague lifecycle
- Coordinating recruitment activity, from job postings and interview scheduling to offer letters and onboarding
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a warm, efficient, and helpful experience
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation with accuracy and care
- Maintaining up-to-date and compliant employee records and systems
- Supporting People projects and continuous improvement initiatives
