Children's worker As a Children's Worker at Broadacres Housing Association in our womens refuge, your role will involve creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in a Domestic Abuse Support setting. You will be responsible for organising engaging activities, providing support to families, and advocating for the needs of the children in the scheme. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families, and to be a key figure in their journey towards stability and happiness. Join our team and be a part of something truly rewarding and impactful! About You You will be an excellent communicator, with strong listening skills and great attention to detail. Able to create a fun, safe and welcoming environment for children in a difficult situation, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
