Broadacres Housing Association Ltd. is seeking an Estate Caretaker to join the Operational Repairs team. The role covers caretaking, cleaning, landscape maintenance and minor repairs across our estates, with responsibilities to inspect areas and liaise with customers and contractors.
You will use a PDA to manage tasks, respond to issues promptly and support first-time fixes where possible. A driving licence and willingness to work outdoors in all weather are essential.
