Broadacres Housing Association Limited—Northallerton is seeking an Executive Director of Transformation to lead an 18–24 month organisation-wide change programme, reporting to the Chief Executive and working with the Executive Team and Board to turn ambition into delivery.
You will bring a proven ability to establish governance, manage multiple workstreams (finance, service delivery, culture, digital) and engage senior colleagues to deliver improved value for money and customer outcomes.
