About the Role

Broadacres is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Construction Manager in managing and delivering development schemes that are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with our values and standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in coordinating projects that improve lives and strengthen neighbourhoods.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage a programme of construction projects in line with design briefs and timelines. Coordinate external specialists and contractors to ensure successful delivery, and engage proactively with stakeholders including residents and internal teams to meet service needs.

You will be responsible for your project\'s compliance with funding body standards (e.g. Homes England, Health), and input property data into our management systems for newly delivered homes. Whilst monitoring financial cash flows and completing outturn reports (Sequel) and maintaining accurate manual and digital filing systems.

Duties include ordering goods and services, managing the defect processes, liaising with contractors and customers.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with considerable experience in project coordination or a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Homes England standards and housing scheme delivery. You should possess strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A self-motivated and proactive approach is essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, along with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications). We value a commitment to teamwork, confidentiality, diversity, and continuous improvement.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate insurance are also necessary for this role.
