There is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team (30 hour contract, plus overtime paid at hourly rate). As Sous Chef you will work as part of the kitchen management team, supporting and working alongside the Head Chef to maximise sales and profit, delivering every dish to the required specification, controlling all costs and ensuring all areas of compliance are adhered to.
