We’re partnering with a specialist technology recruitment business looking for an accomplished agency recruiter to focus entirely on candidate delivery.
You’ll recruit backend, platform, infrastructure, systems and data engineers for high-growth startups, working alongside former Heads of Talent from leading venture capital firms who know what exceptional startup talent looks like.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven agency recruitment billing record
- Experience working with VC-backed startups or scaling companies
- Experience recruiting in a highly selective, candidate-short market
- Technology recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential
- Alternatively, you may come from an adjacent specialist market such as data, AI, machine learning, quantitative finance or technical product recruitment
- The pace and persistence to engage sought-after talent
- Strong candidate qualification, process management and closing skills
- The judgment to identify genuinely exceptional candidates
The clients, relationships and roles are already there. Your focus will be finding, engaging and closing the best talent in the market.
You’ll join a modern, technology-led recruitment business, learn from genuine experts in the VC ecosystem and earn significant commission while building ownership of a specialist engineering market. For an exceptional performer, the platform and commission structure provide a genuine route to £200,000 in total annual earnings.
