Due to new contracts Broad Oak are looking for a new project manager. Join the thriving sector leading the charge in the UK\’s decarbonisation of residential properties. The government has allocated billions of pounds in funding for the installation of energy-efficient boilers, renewable energy solutions, and insulation to combat heat loss and carbon reduction in homes. Broad Oak Heating and Insulation has secured £200 million in funding over the next four years to provide these essential products and services. Role Overview:
- The role is office based however the occasional site visit may be required.
- Looking at surveys carried out, identifying the work required and ordering the materials required.
- Identifying and booking in Operatives to carry out the required work.
- Managing the work to ensure it meets deadlines
- Ensure all site paperwork is completed and returned to enable the job completion.
- Dealing with any unexpected cost/variations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and operatives
You will need to have experience of gas boiler installs, general plumbing & heating works
Have an excellent understanding of pricing and timelines for completion of works and be able to communicate to operatives on site and advise them on the technical specifications.
With this in mind, it is imperative that the right candidate should pride themselves on customer service, professionalism and high-quality workmanship. Working with a helpful back-office team, the successful candidate should be able to liaise with the office and technical based team.
