You Will Bring
- A proven track record as a successful headteacher, with experience of leading rapid school improvement.
- Deep expertise in developing leadership capacity and raising standards.
- The credibility and insight to both support and challenge headteachers, enabling excellence across diverse school contexts.
In This Role, You Will
- Work as a key member of the Trust’s executive school improvement team, helping to shape and lead our education strategy.
- Drive the development of leaders at all levels, securing sustainable improvement and stronger outcomes for pupils.
