We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self‑motivated and conscientious Administrator to join our estates team at Sewell Park Trust offices. In this role, you will provide administration support and drive efficiency across our estates team by effectively resolving internal and external queries, liaising with contractors and maintaining our internal software management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Previous experience working in a school office environment is beneficial, but not essential. We are looking for candidates with strong ICT skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, excellent attention to detail. Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team is essential to this role. Personal qualities are of paramount importance and the person appointed is expected to be approachable, professional, reliable and committed to supporting the Trust’s success.

This post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations, therefore successful candidates will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether they are disqualified under these regulations.
