Join our team of dedicated Montessori educators. We are seeking a fluent and passionate Tamil Guide to teach Tamil language and culture to our students. The ideal candidate will have native or near-native fluency in Tamil, a deep appreciation for Tamil heritage, and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that connect children to their linguistic and cultural roots.
Responsibilities
- Teach Tamil language to Primary and Elementary students through engaging, interactive lessons
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum that includes spoken Tamil, reading, and writing
- Create a rich language environment with songs, stories, poetry, and cultural activities
- Assess student progress and maintain records of language development
- Integrate Tamil instruction with school values and Montessori principles
- Share aspects of Tamil culture, traditions, literature, and festivals with students
- Collaborate with classroom guides to support integrated learning

Required Qualifications
