Brixton House is looking for a Creative and Civic Programme Manager Location: Brixton House, London Reports to: Head of Creative and Civic Engagement Salary: £31,972 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Application Deadline: 11th August, 2025 – 9:00am  We are looking for a driven and community-focused Creative and Civic Programme Manager to join the Brixton House team. This is a key delivery role focused on working collaboratively with artists, local organisations, civic partners, and community stakeholders to design and produce projects that place creativity at the heart of social connection and change. The role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects that reflect and engage with the distinctiveness of Brixton’s people, histories, and futures—ensuring inclusion, representation, and collaboration are at the core of everything we do. Role Purpose To produce and manage innovative cultural initiatives that promote civic participation, creativity, and community engagement, ensuring Brixton House is a welcoming and empowering space for all. You will work at the intersection of cultural production and community collaboration—connecting the work on our stages with the everyday lives and aspirations of our audiences, neighbours, and collaborators.
