Working For: Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND)

The Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office & Personnel Manager with a commitment to its campaigning priorities to join its staff team. CND’s Office & Personnel Manager ensures the efficient running of the CND national office, supports the staff team on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for the recruitment, supervision and development of volunteers and interns.

An ability to work effectively with a range of personalities is essential, as are excellent organisational abilities. Candidates will be highly motivated, able to work within a clear brief and willing to work flexibly according to CND’s campaigning needs.

The job is London-based and will be 35h/five days per week. Salary is £29,280 pa including London Weighting, from the 1st January. The position is a permanent one and is subject to a 3-month probationary period. CND strives to be an equal opportunities employer.
