EmployerEmirates Centre for Human Rights

Position OverviewWe require two people to picket the UAE Embassy in South Kensington for 4 hours per day, 4 days per week – hours to be discussed but to take place within the hours of 9am & 5pm.

Responsibilities

Stand outside the Embassy, handing out leaflets to members of the public.

Explain the current abuses taking place in the UAE.

Spend a day with the campaign manager to learn about current issues and arrests.

Participate in campaign strategy discussions and be involved with media and parliamentary work.

Qualifications

Ideal for a student or fresh graduate looking to be involved in advocacy.

Enjoy being outdoors and willing to work within the specified hours.

Picketing has been cleared with the Metropolitan Police.
