The Venue
BRIX is a New York-style warehouse conversion restaurant, bar and event space in London Bridge. We operate a busy à la carte restaurant alongside high-volume services, private events and large-scale brand activations.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work closely with the Head Chef, supporting both the creative direction and day-to-day kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who thrives in fast-paced, event-led environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in running kitchen operations
