We are looking for an experienced Bartender / Mixologist to join the team at Brix London Bridge, a vibrant New York-style restaurant, cocktail bar, live music and events venue in the heart of London Bridge. The Role:
We are seeking a confident, energetic, and experienced Bar Supervisor who can thrive in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment. You will be:
- Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and drinks
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working high-volume bar shifts and event services
- Supporting brunch, evening, and late-night operations
- Maintaining excellent bar presentation and organisation
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender, cocktail bartender, or mixologist
- Strong cocktail-making and mixology skills
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, agave, tequila, mezcal, wine, beer, and premium beverages
- Experience working in busy bars, restaurants, or events venues
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced service
