Are you a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with a passion for security technology and a proven track record of developing new business in a dynamic environment? Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based access control and smart space solutions, is seeking a fluent English and German speaker to join our growing EMEA Inside Sales team in London. This role focuses on direct client engagement within the German market (DACH) and providing general inside sales support to the Manager of Business Development and the wider EMEA global accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to sales, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to guide prospects through the full sales cycle. This full-time, hybrid position requires regular weekly in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
- New Business & Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads, arrange appointments, and manage prospects through to successful deal closure.
- Partner Engagement: Recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with partners within your territory. Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to develop strategic partner plans and campaigns that drive revenue and expand wallet share.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Educate prospective clients and partners on Brivo’s security platform, compatible devices, and integrations. Deliver engaging demonstrations via phone and video, clearly communicating value and key differentiators. Provide product training to system integrators and stay informed on updates and feature releases.
- Sales Enablement & Support: Prepare accurate quotes, respond to customer queries, and provide timely sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Support field sales colleagues with pre-sales activity and regional development initiatives. Contribute to high customer satisfaction and help the team exceed sales targets.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
- Market Engagement: Represent Brivo at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and expand our network.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management (ideally 2+ years in channel sales within the security, technology, or SaaS sectors). Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Familiarity with SaaS, solution-led selling, and a consultative sales approach. Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound activity.
- Communication & Collaboration: Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly. Collaborative team player with a self-motivated, independent working style.
- Education & Technical Proficiency: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and business communication tools. Able to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, driven, and professional with a positive outlook. Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
The compensation package for this full-time position offers a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (with on-target earnings of £45,000 - £55,000). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and, where applicable, incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians may be eligible for a benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
