About the role:

As a Carlsberg Britvic Technical Service Trainee, you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. You’ll use your skills to support the installation of our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across the Yorkshire region, working with an experienced Technical Service Representative.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support Technical Service Representatives with the installation of soft drinks dispense equipment across a variety of customer locations.
  • Deliver high-quality technical service and ensure installations are completed to the required standards.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience and create a positive first impression.
  • Educate customers on equipment use, food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis.
  • Help maximise equipment uptime and minimise service calls following installation.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional and helpful service.
  • Work independently and manage day-to-day activities effectively.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Valid full manual UK driving licence.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Good practical, hands-on skills and confidence working with equipment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • An interest or background in DIY, maintenance, or other practical/technical work would be advantageous.
  • Previous technical experience is not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
