Job Title: Technical Services Representative

Location: Field-based (Swindon, Oxford, Reading areas (SN, OX, RG post codes)

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hrs a week

For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role:

As a Technical Services Representative, you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. You’ll use your skills to install, maintain and repair our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across Swindon, Oxford, Reading areas (SN, OX, RG post codes). You’ll also share advice and tips with customers on how to serve the very best drinks every times. No two days are the same, which means you’ll always be learning and finding new challenges to get stuck into.

Your enthusiasm for our products and everything else that we have to offer will be a driving factor in your success in the role. To succeed in this role, you’ll have a logical approach to solving problems, be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real buzz out of helping people. When you join, you’ll be given comprehensive training in the role, as well as continuous on-going support.

Role Responsibilities:

To install, diagnose and repair Dispense and Chiller equipment
Educate customers with the knowledge and understanding of food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis to maximise equipment serve time

Experience and Key Attributes:

Full, valid UK manual driving licence
Experience in working with drink dispense equipment, ensuring quality installation and maintenance
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build memorable and lasting relationships
Highly adaptable, able to respond effectively to new and changing daily challenges
Confident using IT systems to support operations, reporting, and communication

Key Performance Measures:

All activities completed to standard, delivering a perfect serve every time
Number of repeat service calls reduced
Minimal service calls following installs
Diagnosis, repair and exchange of capital equipment – coolers, bar valves
Site time reduction
Great Carlsberg Britvic Technician Audits – Health & Safety, preparation for work day/week
