Location: Field-based role covering customer sites across M3/M4 corridor

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hrs a week. Working a 4-week rota, working one weekend in 4 and covering 2 bank holidays per year

About the role:

As a Technical Services Representative, you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. You’ll use your skills to install, maintain and repair our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across M3/M4 corridor. You’ll also share advice and tips with customers on how to serve the very best drinks every time. No two days are the same, which means you’ll always be learning and finding new challenges to get stuck into.

Your enthusiasm for our products and everything else that we have to offer will be a driving factor in your success in the role. To succeed in this role, you’ll have a logical approach to solving problems, be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real buzz out of helping people. When you join, you’ll be given comprehensive training in the role, as well as continuous ongoing support.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, diagnose and repair soft drinks dispense and chiller equipment at customer sites across M3/M4 corridor.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring first-time fix where possible.
  • Educate customers on equipment operation, basic fault finding and food hygiene best practices.
  • Provide technical advice and support to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation.
  • Manage van stock, tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for customer visits.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing an excellent service experience.

Experience and Key Attributes:

  • Full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential). Company van provided for business use.
  • Previous experience working with drink dispense equipment or similar technical/mechanical equipment is desirable; full training will be provided.
  • Strong practical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive, lasting relationships.
  • Highly adaptable, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and daily challenges.
  • Confident using IT systems to complete service reports, manage workload and communicate effectively.
  • Able to work independently, manage your own schedule and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Commitment to working safely and following health and safety procedures.
