As a Carlsberg Britvic Technical Service Trainee, you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers.Preparation and presentation are key to delivering a perfect visit that meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations.
You’ll use your skills to support the installation of our soft drinks equipment in a variety of business premises across the UK, working with an experienced Technical Service Representative. To succeed in this role, you’ll have to be good with your hands, but most importantly, get a real buzz out of helping people. When you join, you’ll be given comprehensive training in the role, as well as continuous on-going support. You will have the ability to build relationships with customers and deliver great customer service.
Location: Manchester/Liverpool, Field Based
Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Reward: £24, 960 Per annum plus flexible benefits and the option to use company van for personal use.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 6 months
Requirements
- A full, valid UK driving license
- Competence in working with IT packages and tools
- A logical approach to solving problems to the highest standard and service efficiency
- Ability to build great relationships through a desire to meet and exceed customer service expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Technical Service Representatives to install Dispense equipment in various businesses across the region
- Educating customers on food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis to maximize equipment service time
