Job Overview
This role covers Leinster / Southeast of the country. You will lead and develop a team of Account Development Executives to achieve distribution, revenue, volume, and profit targets across the entire Britvic brand portfolio. This dynamic role involves working alongside Account Managers to ensure exceptional execution in all convenience outlets while driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth in distribution, revenue, volume, and trading contribution across the full Britvic soft drink range including Pepsi, 7up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, and Energy brands in convenience outlets.
- Lead and develop your team through regular coaching in consultative selling techniques, monthly performance reviews, and implementation of our Growth Culture principles.
- Ensure high-standard in-outlet execution aligned with Picture Of Success (PICOS) and Perfect Store guidelines while maintaining compliance standards.
- Manage regional budgets effectively, including promotional investments and team expenses, to deliver on company financial targets.
- Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to optimize territory management, reporting, and business decision-making for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the beverage industry with comprehensive knowledge of products, channels, and competition.
- Proven track record in field sales management or similar leadership role within FMCG.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze sales performance data.
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Education/Qualifications
- Third-level qualification in Business or relevant discipline (desirable).
- Substantial sales experience (5+ years) in FMCG environment (required).
