The Junior Marketing Activation Manager supports the marketing activities for high-margin established areas of the business, which include both territories and the travel channel.
This role acts as the main liaison for the Britvic portfolio of brands made in the UK and sold outside Great Britain, working closely with the marketing teams in Great Britain, to stay informed about brand developments and inform the rest of Britvic Teisseire International.
Additionally, the position supports the Head of Marketing on key projects across the broader region.
In this role you may enjoy more autonomy and better work-life balance due to our hybrid working arrangements. (You will be required to be present in the office 2 days a week). Our office is located in Brakespear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4TZ., * Act as the marketing partner for the Britvic sales team and third-party distributors within the designated area and travel channel, ensuring delivery of the plans and brand consistency.

For distributors: provide with the right materials (toolkits, artworks, visuals, etc.).

For customers: deliver execution of the plan, which may imply some level of involvement in the execution.

Support the team with new products, registrations, SKU set-up, etc., and ensure progress to the BTI Activity Exec forum.

Engage with the Great Britain Marketing team to keep up-to-date with brand developments and best practices. Report key brand updates and news back to the International team.

Engage with other teams and functions as needed, including GPA Global team, Insights, eCommerce & Digital, Logistics, Production, etc.

Manage A&P for the allocated region.

Support role in the annual planning (AOP) and oversee A&P management for the territory/channel.

1-3 years experience in relevant roles in one of the following areas in FMCG: category management, marketing activation, digital, trade and shopper marketing, customer management, including the creation of selling materials.

Working knowledge of JDA software

Experience in creating Virtual Outlet

Project management – timelines, working with agencies, teams which work with end customer

Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong relationships and partnerships.

Great communication skills (English; written and verbal).

Appreciation of cultural differences and working across different international geographies

Knowledge of The drinks industry (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and of the On Trade/OOH channel is a plus.

Experience in working with international markets is a strong advantage
