Job Overview

London based (within the M25), Salary £40,000 + shift allowance

Come & join our high-performing team at Britvic Soft Drinks, a world-leading company! We\’re seeking a Technical Services Representative who will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding customer service to diverse individuals every day. As a Britvic Technician, you\’ll be a brand ambassador, installing, maintaining, and repairing our soft drinks equipment in various business premises across the UK. You\’ll share advice and tips with customers on serving the best drinks every time. No two days are the same, so you\’ll always be learning and finding new challenges to tackle.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair Dispense and Chiller equipment
• Educate customers on food hygiene responsibilities and basic fault diagnosis to maximize equipment uptime
• Build memorable relationships with customers
• Adapt to new daily challenges
• Utilize IT systems competently

Requirements

• A full, valid UK manual driving license
• Ability to build memorable relationships
• Adaptability for new daily challenges
• Competence with using IT systems
