Job location: Hemel Hempstead with occasional travel to other UK locations
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working – 2-3 days a week in office)
Salary: Starting on £33,000 per year with annual salary reviews

As a Customer Sales Graduate you will:
- Support Account Managers building business plans internally and externally
- Build relationships and partnerships both ‘on trade’ – restaurants/stadiums/pubs and leisure sites, and ‘off trade’ with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and grocery stores.
- Analyse data and contribute towards key targets including profit and loss, producing forecasts and promotion modelling
- Support contract negotiations including prices, promotions and brand execution
- Deliver sales proposal presentations, business plan tracking and other key customer projects.
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, along with a clear motivation for pursuing a career in FMCG Sales. Any Sales or Customer related work experience or internships would be an advantage.
- An interest in FMCG sales and building relations and partnerships both ‘on trade’ – restaurants/stadiums/pubs and leisure sites, and ‘off trade’ with some of the UK’s biggest retailers and grocery stores.
- The ability to speak confidently and professionally with clients
- An analytical mindset and the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- An appetite to take on new challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
