Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Collaboration Manager to join our team at Britvic, a leading company in the Food & Beverages industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing external customer supply relationships to achieve service delivery targets and cost management through forecast accuracy and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across various teams to drive continuous improvement and goal delivery.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage all supply chain end-to-end responsibilities, driving improved customer service, availability, and forecast objectives.
- Responsible for the forecast, customer relationship, and cost-to-serve strategies with customers and channels.
- Aligned to the internal customer management leadership team for the account/channel, and responsible for directing the supply chain relationship within \’One Carlsberg Britvic\’.
- Lead the planning and seamless execution of new product development (NPD) in the customer/channel.
- Manage the short-term operational forecast window and lead Britvic\’s forecast process with Customer Management and customers.
- Influence beyond the 20-week forecast window, ensuring smooth transition between long-term and short-term timelines.
- Drive improved availability via internal and external links, and develop broad and deep relationships with all customer supply chain contacts.
- Provide accurate and timely data to support key decision-making processes.
- Regularly evaluate customer \\\”Cost to Serve (CTS) Profile\\\” data to optimize supply chain costs and build and set annual Account CTS Targets.
Experience and Key Attributes
- FMCG supply chain or commercial experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP & APO systems.
- Experience in influencing key stakeholders.
- Full understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and link to commercial sell-in process.
- Strong customer-facing experience.
- Excellent persuasion, influencing, presentation, stakeholder management, personal effectiveness, commercial awareness, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, APO, PowerPoint, Word, and high-level numerical & analytical skills.
Education
A degree or equivalent qualification is required.

- Full driving license – Requirement to be fully mobile.
