Job Overview
Robinson’s is one of the nation’s most loved brands with over 9 million glasses enjoyed every day. We are seeking an ambitious and collaborative Assistant Brand Manager to join our team and help manage the on-the-go portfolio. This includes Robs RTD, which has ambitious growth plans, and the Minis range, which continues to thrive. We need an individual who can help drive these exciting parts of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager in managing commercial and brand performance across key parts of the portfolio that are critical to growing the masterbrand, including ownership of Minis and support for RTD.
- Contribute to creative and media efforts for our RTD summer campaign.
- Develop and bring NPD to market, managing the stage & gate process. This includes new product platforms and flavors in RTD.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of agreed brand activities and programs.
- Collaborate closely with project management and innovation teams to ensure delivery on time and in full against agreed objectives.
- Help create a clear sell-in story for sales and support deployment to customers.
Requirements
- Approximately one year of brand management experience.
- Passion for brands and creating them.
- Experience with commercial brand performance analysis using Nielsen and Kantar.
- Cross-functional project management and delivery experience.
- Budget management experience for defined projects and programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent Experience Is Required.
