Job Length: 3 Month FTC – Full Time
Hours: 4 on 4 off – 12 hour shifts, rotating Nights & Days

Role Responsibilities:
- To operate the plant and to provide a comprehensive production service in accordance with standard operating methods
- Achieve production plans, sample plans, service level agreements and key performance targets
- Actively take ownership for problem solving, process optimisation and continuous improvement activities
- Play a key role in the development of best practice
- Drive initiatives for health and safety & environmental improvements
- Improve and maintain satisfactory hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Support all team members and develop positive relationships with colleagues through effective communication and feedback
- Establish effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Ensure productivity from each shift is optimised
Experience and Key Attributes:
- General Certificate in Brewing & Packaging or working towards the qualification would be desirable
- IT literate (QC/SPC, Word, Excel)
- Have knowledge of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental considerations
- Understanding of 'right first time' principles
- Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment
