About the role
Aqua Libra designs, manufactures, and supplies industry‑leading, energy‑efficient water dispensers, supporting customer sustainability journeys. As a Service Engineer, you install, service and repair purified chilled, still, sparkling, and boiling drinking water systems across UK premises.
Role Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair purified chilled, still, sparkling and boiling drinking water systems.
- Prioritise workload with peers and the planning team to meet service level expectations efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Experience and knowledge within the water vending industry is highly desirable.
- Skills and experience with water cooling systems, carbonators, boilers and filtration systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to fault‑finding.
- Background or qualification in plumbing or water vending is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Experience in a customer‑facing or field‑based service environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Competent in basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a small team, consistently delivering strong results and demonstrating commitment to continuous development.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external customers.
- Able to thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced, field‑based environment while delivering world‑class service.
