Key responsibilities
- You will oversee clinical operations, enforce a team-orientated culture, handle financial/business growth, maximise team capabilities and line manage.
- Proven leadership abilities in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time over 4 days a week with a fair share of weekends but no OOHs.
The practice
This will be a genuine spacious and stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients. This will consist of a fully equipped theatre, digital/dental x-ray, climate control kennels, ultrasound, consult rooms, dental suite, staff room and much more!
