An established independent small animal practice in Reading is looking to recruit an additional experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys a balanced mix of consulting and surgery, values teamwork, and is keen to work in a practice that actively supports professional development.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will join a team of experienced vets in a multi-site practice environment, working across a varied and interesting medical and surgical caseload.
- A good balance of consulting and operating.
- Exposure to both medical and surgical cases.
- Some sole charge responsibilities, with support always available when required.
- Contributing to the mentoring and support of less experienced vets.
- Opportunity to take on greater responsibility, including potential leadership of a branch surgery (if desired).
Facilities & Equipment:
The practice is well-equipped with a full range of modern diagnostic tools, including Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and well-equipped surgical facilities.
