The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will work alongside an experienced and supportive team, contributing to the decision‑making of the practice and fostering a positive team culture. Position Details:
This full‑time position offers a 40‑hour working week with a shared weekend rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays, or 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24‑hour hospital. All out‑of‑hours care is managed by the hospital team, allowing the Lead Veterinary Surgeon to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
