We are recruiting a Head Nurse to join a friendly and welcoming team at the North London/Hertfordshire border.
Overview
Lead the nursing team and manage administrative responsibilities. 3+ years post qualification experience preferred.
Hours and Scheduling
40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days – you choose. Includes 1:3 Saturday mornings, inclusive of your full hours. No out‑of‑hours coverage.
Team
You will be joining a 2‑vet, 2 RVN, 1 VCA and receptionist team.
Practice
The practice features digital full‑body and dental x‑ray suites, an in‑house laboratory with haematology and urinalysis, separate dog/cat waiting areas and wards, heated theatre tables, and more. It is a stand‑alone, modern facility that enables efficient service provision.
Package
Salary: £37,000‑£41,000 (based on experience). Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package.
