About the Role

A stand-out opportunity for an ambitious RVN to take the reins of a thriving small animal branch in the heart of the Cotswolds. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of a busy small animal branch
  • Run and grow nurse‑led clinics and drive client engagement
  • Build strong client relationships and help expand the branch's reach
  • Manage stock control, drug ordering and administrative tasks including audits
  • Deliver high standards of routine nursing care across all cases
  • Work autonomously whilst being backed by a collaborative wider team

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year UK RVN experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum 1 year RCVS RVN clinic experience gained in the UK
  • Branch experience beneficial but not essential
  • Confident, organised and comfortable working on your own initiative
  • Strong client care skills with a professional, personable manner
