With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, the ideal candidate will build positive relationships with participants, families, artists and colleagues. Flexible, resilient and motivated by enabling others to thrive, they will take pride in contributing to high-quality, well-run programmes and a positive team culture.
Knowledge of the education, arts, cultural or youth sectors, and an understanding of how programmes can support young people's development and progression, would be beneficial. However, we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience who are excited by the opportunity to support high-quality programmes for children and young people.
