Role Overview
We are looking for an aircraft technician to join our MRO team at the Lee‑on‑the‑Solent site. You will perform maintenance, repair, and modification work on light utility, unpressurised aircraft, both at our base facility and on deployed sites worldwide, following regulatory and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance activities in accordance with regulations, company processes, and M.R.O. software systems.
- Carry out planned work such as scheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, refurbishments, major/minor modifications, repainting, and pre‑buy inspection.
- Perform unplanned work including AOG response, customer support, and defect rectification.
- Ensure documentation, time, and budget requirements are met.
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Collaborate with team members, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, following required processes.
- Work well under pressure and meet collective goals and deadlines.
- Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
