A leading healthcare system in Southwest Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified, da Vinci-trained Urologist to lead the development of a brand-new, full-service Urology Center.
Position Highlights
- Lead and build a newly established, full-service urology program
- Craft your own clinical vision with strong administrative and system support
- 4-day work week with clinic and surgical time built in
- Adult urology practice with balanced surgical and outpatient responsibilities
- Shared call schedule (approximately 1:4 weekends)
- Dedicated support team including nurses and advanced practice providers
- Onsite multi-specialty referral base for seamless collaboration
- da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery available
- Epic EMR system across the health network
- Opportunity to work with and mentor family medicine and internal medicine residents
