Seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
This is a full time / perm position in Cardiology.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with cardiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams while helping patients manage acute and chronic cardiological conditions.

What You'll Do As a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will: Perform comprehensive cardiological assessments, including detailed patient histories and physical examinations.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of cardiac conditions.
Order and interpret laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging studies.
Develop individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care strategies.
Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Monitor patients between visits and ensure continuity of care.
Triage patient calls and provide clinical consultation as appropriate.
Educate patients and families on cardiac disease prevention, treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies.
Promote heart health through community outreach, education programs, and employer wellness initiatives.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence, safety, and patient-centered care.
