Front of House Security

Location: Doncaster

Shift Pattern: 0600 – 1800, 4 days on / 5 days off rotation

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Pay Day: Monthly, on the second Tuesday of each month

Pay Guarantee: Check your pay live online (including holidays). Any discrepancies can be resolved before payday, ensuring it’s 100% correct, 100% of the time.

The Role

We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front of House Security Officer to join our team in Doncaster. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and Contractors ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and booking in visitors with excellent customer service
  • Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
  • Monitoring access and maintaining security standards
  • Conducting regular site patrols to ensure safety and security
  • Documenting incidents and producing accurate reports
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks

About You

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, reliable, and well-presented
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Previous front-of-house, reception, or security experience desirable
