About the Role

This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area and further afield. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leadership & Service Delivery – Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.
  • Client & Team Management – Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training.
  • Scheduling & Compliance – Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance.
  • Technology & Reporting – Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling.

Above all, you’ll ensure the retention and development of your client base.

Requirements

  • Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)
  • Front-line SIA Licence (essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month

Applicants without an SIA licence and management experience will not be considered.
