We are looking for reliable and professional Relief Security Officers to join our growing team. This Gatehouse-based role requires excellent communication and IT skills, flexibility to work both day and night shifts, and availability on weekends.
You’ll be part of a team responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the site, staff, and visitors. The position is primarily based in Normanton, with additional shift coverage required in Cleckheaton.
Responsibilities- Manage access control and log all vehicles and visitors
- Conduct regular site patrols and safety checks
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Respond to incidents and complete accurate reports
- Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and site staff
- Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- Good IT and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work in both Normanton and Cleckheaton
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
- Hourly rate of £12.21, paid monthly
