Pay Details: £19.91 per hour, average weekly hours 33.6 giving a weekly pay of no less than £668.98.
Location: The role is based in York.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring staff attendance on site.
- Discussing welfare issues with site-based staff to ensure safe working practices are maintained.
- Calling staff to deal with any shortfalls in manning, arranging cover if any staff call in sick or fail to attend.
- Escalating concerns about staff performance to their managers.
- Respond to alarms and incidents, and take appropriate action.
- Coordinate with security personnel on the ground to ensure a swift response to any security breaches.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and emergency services.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Control Room Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
